We worked with Jackie at the venue from the first day we walked in and she was amazing to work with. As soon as I walked in to tour it I fell in love with the building, but what I really want to rave about is how easy and fun they made the planning process. The rooms were beautiful and gave us the most gorgeous photos. A fabulous time was had by all as reported by several of our guests!! Gina pulled together everything I asked for. I love them for making our wedding day perfect!! When the appetizers came to my husband and my table, they were cold and when we asked for a hot plate they said there were no more but she would double check. Natasha and the owner (whose name I unfortunately forget) mitigated the damage to my dress by pouring club soda on the stains as I freaked out. The staff lost our cake knife & server, and we had to use theirs. The antique architecture, affordable prices, and wide range of selections for decor, food, vendors, etc is incredible. The prices were fair, especially for the quality of service and product, and the food was amazing. No empathy at times either. I keep hearing from our guests that it was the best "wedding food" that they have ever had! We got so many compliments on how unique the space was. 10 out of 10 would recommend! All the station options we had picked we had personally tried at the tasting date and they did not disappoint! She had not misplaced it - they had moved it, then refused to help and apparently communicating with each other to solve this problem was just too much effort. It is a big place, they have multiple events going on at the same time and have fairly strict rules for vendors related to load-in/load-out times, etc. places we had initially looked at for our reception.
