program I expect the department to do whatever is necessary to make them available for use by the original landowners Ashcroft said Public access to the undeveloped portions of the corridor will be restricted and the department will support appropriate legislation to preserve further safeguards for the adjacent landowners including fencing drainage control and levee maintenance We will make every poesible effort to minimize the amount of tax dollars necessary to implement the pilot project I anticipate that we will be considering a system of voluntary contributions to defray the costs of
